HD Ranch – Camp & Horse Guidelines
1. No stallions without permission.
2. Please keep all dogs on a leash.
3. No dogs or horses in landscaped or grassy areas.
4. Please turn air conditioners and heaters off when you leave or are gone unless you leave a pet behind.
5. No air conditioners or electric heaters in tents.
6. Please do not bathe horses—just rinse them off.
7. Do not tie horses to trees. $150.00 fine for chewing trees.
8. Clean all pens thoroughly before you leave.
9. Please put manure piles at the back of camp.
10. Please return all wheelbarrows back to the building.
11. Please do not hose horses to pens.
12. No washing horses at the dump station.
13. Please do not hose pens down or hose horses down in pens. 14. Please clean up your site when you leave.
15. If you break a gate panel, you must pay for it.
16. Please back your rig into your site—do not pull in.
17. Please do not take things without asking.
18. Please do not leave campfires unattended.
19. Please do not move fire rings.
20. No truck or trailer washing.
Please conserve electric and water so we can keep our site rental affordable.
General Rates
Campsites
Enjoy the great outdoors with our Full Hook-up and Water & Electric campsites. Full Hook-up Sites: Equipped with water, electric, and sewer, these sites are perfect for RVs and campers-short-term or permanent stays.
Water & Electric Sites: Provide water and electric access but do not include sewer hook-up.
$30 per night
Cabin
The cabin is Rustic/Primitive/Ruff-n-Tuff it styles. Our cabin have bathroom, running water/sinks, beds and there is one primitive(no bathroom or water). Our cabin is electric. Must provide your own bedding and towels.
$100/night (double occupancy)+ $10/person (extra addtion) + $10/pet

Tent Sites
Want to sleep under the stars? There’s plenty of space around Bear Branch to pitch your tent and immerse yourself in nature. Ideal for Scout groups, families, and couples Pets welcome! Access to horseback riding trails & hiking in Shawnee National Forest. Set up camp and enjoy a weekend of adventure!
$10/Person/Night
Horse Stalls
Spacious stalls available for overnight or extended stays. Fresh water and safe enclosures for your horse’s comfort. Give your horse a comfortable place to rest after a day on the trails!
